The estimated initial investment to begin operations ranges from $250,875 to $503,675. This includes a $70,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. As with any new venture, adequate capital is essential to fund the initial business growth stage.
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Owners will also be required to pay 7% of gross revenue or a scaled minimum flat fee based on years in operation. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services, as well as the continued development of techniques and procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Within the first sixty days of opening, Lile Wellness franchisees will be required to spend a minimum of $20,000 on initial Grand Opening. Franchisees will also be required to spend a minimum of $1,000 monthly on local marketing. Franchise owners will contribute 2% of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund on an ongoing basis. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Lile Wellness brand and cover the creative costs to create brand marketing materials and campaigns. Lile Wellness will provide an online LMS training program to be completed before pre-opening training at their headquarters in Georgia. Then, headquarters-based training is for the franchise owner, RN, and office manager for a duration of five days. PharmD’s associated with the franchise (franchisee or employee) must successfully complete a certification course developed by Lile Wellness. Representatives of Lile Wellness will also spend two days assisting franchise owners and their staff at their location, around the launch of their business.
We ideally look for licensed providers including PharmDs, Mid-Level Medical Providers, Registered Nurses, and other medical professionals who are passionate about owning an innovative, genomics-driven practice, and who have an equal interest in business building. Franchise owners will be required to work under the supervision of a qualified Medical Director, if applicable. The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
